Hair salon

A salon calendar that follows your chairs, not only your hours.

In a salon what gets booked is not an hour: it is a person, a length that depends on the service, and sometimes a basin or a chair. Sutempo models all three.

Every stylist has their own hours, services and calendar. A client only sees the slots where the person doing her colour is genuinely free.

A colour is not a cut

Each service carries its own length and its own price, and you declare the time the service really occupies in the salon, processing time included. The slot offered to the client then matches what the service actually takes, and the day stops overflowing by five o'clock.

Services sit in categories, which keeps the page readable once the catalogue passes twenty lines.

A calendar per stylist

You declare who performs which service. A colourist who does not do beards never appears on beard slots, and a client who picks her usual stylist only sees that stylist's availability.

Hours, breaks, days off and closures are set per person and per salon. Each stylist can sync their Sutempo calendar with their Google Calendar, which is what stops a double booking on a Saturday morning.

  • Unlimited team: the price is counted per salon, not per stylist
  • Services tied to the people who perform them, so nothing impossible is ever offered
  • Basins, rooms and machines declared as shared resources
  • Several salons at the same rate per salon

No-shows

You can ask for a deposit at booking time, as a percentage of the price or a fixed amount, or for the full price. The payment lands in your Stripe account, and asking for it is often enough for the appointment to be kept.

A confirmation goes out by e-mail in the salon's name, then a reminder before the appointment. The client moves or cancels from her own area, which frees the slot for someone else instead of leaving a hole.

Frequently asked questions

What does Sutempo cost for a salon?

29 EUR per month per salon, excluding VAT, on the Établissement plan, whatever the size of the team. A hairdresser working alone stays on Solo, which is free.

Do you take a commission on my services?

No, none. Clients pay into your own Stripe account and we take nothing from your bookings.

Can I ask for a deposit?

Yes, a deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount, or full payment at booking time, service by service.

Can clients choose their stylist?

Yes. The slots shown are the chosen person's, and only the people who perform the service are offered.
