A barbershop does not fill three weeks ahead: it fills in the morning for the afternoon, from a phone, usually while your hands are busy.
The booking page is built for that: it loads fast, it shows the slots that are still ahead, and it takes payment if you ask it to.
The short rhythm
A fifteen-minute cut, a twenty-minute beard, a thirty-five-minute cut and beard: every service carries its real length, and slots run back to back without artificial gaps.
You can leave booking open until the last minute: the server only offers slots whose start is still ahead, so someone looking at 14:02 will not be shown the 14:00 slot.
A calendar per chair
Each barber has a calendar, hours and services of their own, and the price is counted per shop, not per chair. Adding a third barber does not change the bill.
A regular picks his barber and sees only that barber's slots; someone with no preference takes the first one available.

Walk-ins are not the enemy
You keep control of the calendar: blocking a stretch of time to absorb walk-ins takes one gesture, and the blocked time disappears from the public page immediately.
For the slots everyone wants, Saturdays above all, a deposit at booking time removes a good share of the no-shows. It lands in your Stripe account, not in ours.

Is Sutempo free for a barber working alone?
Yes. The Solo plan is free for one person in one shop, with the public page, payments and e-mails included, and no cap on bookings.
Can I block time for walk-ins?
Yes. Blocking a stretch of time from the calendar removes it from the public page immediately.
Can a client book for an hour from now?
Yes. Only slots whose start has passed disappear; everything still ahead is bookable.
Do I need an app?
No. The booking page is a website, and the back office installs to a phone's home screen straight from the browser.
