A beauty salon sells a person's time, a room's time and sometimes a machine's time. Here is how sutempo counts them, and where it stops.
Prepare before, reset after
Each service has its own blocked time before and after, from 5 to 60 minutes. For nails, full set, infill, removal and repair are separate services, each with its length and price.

An appointment takes one schedule: a person, a room or a piece of equipment. For a session several treatments share, the device becomes a schedule. sutempo does not check a person and a room at the same time today.

Does a nail bar need special settings?+
No, the same ones: well-split services (full set, infill, removal), blocked time after for the table, and a deposit on long sets if you want one.
I rent a room and work alone: is Solo enough?+
Yes. You are the only schedule: the room does not need its own if you are the only one using it. Blocked time is enough to prepare it.
How do I stop two treatments using the same device at once?+
In Pro, make the device a schedule and link the treatments that use it. A device session is then booked on the device, not on a person.
Can a client buy her course online?+
Yes, in Pro, if you publish the pack. She pays on your Stripe account, then pays each session with a credit when she books.
Do the instructions go out automatically?+
Yes. The notes before the appointment are sent with the confirmation and again in the reminder.
Can I delete a client record when asked?+
Yes. Contact details and notes are erased, and consents are recorded channel by channel.
