Shared resources

A treatment room, a table, an IPL machine: each has its own calendar and can be attached to several services. Two treatments that need the same machine cannot be booked at the same time, even when two different therapists perform them.

That is the kind of clash you only notice once it has happened. Declaring it once saves managing it every week.

Long treatments and courses

A ninety-minute treatment carries its real length, and you can include the time it takes to reset the room so the next client does not arrive too early.

For courses sold as several sessions, the Membership plan opens prepaid packs and credits: the client buys once, then books her sessions week by week.

The client record

Every client has a record with the history of her appointments and the notes you add, which saves asking every time what was done last and what reacted badly.

Consents are stored per channel, and a record can be erased on request. Your data exports; it is not held hostage.
