Hosting, in Europe

The application is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States (vercel.com). The code runs in the Frankfurt region (European Union).

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database provided by Neon Inc., 2261 Market Street #4459, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States (neon.tech), in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1).

Intellectual property

The sutempo brand, logo, interface, text and code are owned by the publisher of sutempo or used under licence. Reproduction, other than what is strictly necessary to use the service, requires written permission.

The public npm packages @sutempo/sdk, @sutempo/booking-flow and @sutempo/mcp are distributed under the MIT licence.

Content published by businesses on their booking pages (names, photos, descriptions, prices) remains the property of its authors, who are solely responsible for it.

Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. For businesses, sutempo’s role as a processor is governed by thedata processing agreement. sutempo only sets strictly necessary cookies: see the cookies page.

For any question about the website or service, use the contact page. To report content published by a business that you consider unlawful, specify the address of the relevant page. For a security vulnerability, follow the reporting procedure.

Terms and conditions

The terms of use govern businesses’ use of sutempo: account creation, Solo and Pro plans, the Pro trial, billing excluding taxes, price changes announced 30 days in advance, cancellation and data export.

Cookies, strictly necessary only

sutempo only sets cookies strictly necessary for the service to operate, such as the sign-in session. No advertising or third-party audience measurement cookies.

Data processing agreement

For your business customers’ data, you are the controller and sutempo acts as processor. The data processing agreement sets out sutempo’s commitments, subprocessors such as hosting and database providers, and security measures.
