The length you declare for a service is the time it really occupies: declare seventy-five minutes for a sixty-minute session, and the calendar stops lying.
Working alone, for free
Most wellness practitioners work alone in one place. That is exactly what Solo covers, and Solo is free and complete: a public booking page in your own image, a calendar, services, client records, online payment and e-mails, with no cap on bookings.
The day a second person joins the practice, Établissement takes over at 29 EUR per month per venue.
Hours that are not office hours
Sessions are often taken in the evening or at weekends, and rarely on a regular rhythm. Hours are declared week by week, with whatever exceptions and closures you need, per venue and per person.
If you work in two places, each has its own hours and services, and a client only sees what is possible where they are booking.

Missed sessions
An hour-long session that does not turn up is an hour you never get back. Asking for a deposit at booking time, as a percentage or a fixed amount, changes behaviour and costs nothing.
The payment lands in your Stripe account. The client gets a confirmation and a reminder by e-mail in your practice's name, and can move or cancel themselves, which frees the slot in time.
