The public page carries your name, your words, your photos and your services with their length and price. It is indexable, it shows your address and your hours, and it is often worth more than a brochure site nobody has updated in two years.
A first discovery session and an hour-long follow-up are two distinct services, each with its own length, price and payment rules.
Follow-up
Every person has a record: contact details, the history of their sessions, and the notes you add. Nothing is shared with anyone, and a record can be erased on request.
Consents are stored per channel, which matters when you handle sensitive data and must be able to show on what basis you wrote to someone.

Late cancellations
A session cancelled the evening before cannot be refilled. A deposit at booking time, or payment in full, changes that without an awkward conversation.
The automatic e-mail reminder before the session cuts down forgotten appointments, and the person can move their own booking from their area rather than cancel it.
