The night-before cancellation

A session cancelled the evening before cannot be filled, and you do not know why it was cancelled.

Six sessions paid one at a time means six chances to drop out and six payments to chase.

From the first request to the last session, here is what sutempo does at each step, and what a Wednesday morning looks like.

  1. 09:00Follow-up session paid with a credit: third of six in the programme.
  2. 10:00Fifteen minutes blocked after each session to write your notes, never offered online.
  3. 10:30Discovery session pending: you read the note the person left and confirm, or not.
  4. 12:45A range blocked to prepare a workshop, invisible on the page.

Without your approval, a discovery request expires and the slot is freed.

The first session, under your control

With “Confirm automatically” switched off, a booking stays pending until you approve it, and expires without your approval. This setting applies to all online booking: book follow-up sessions from your diary.

The cancellation deadline goes from zero to a week; a service can have its own. With the reason switched on, the person says why they cancel, and the reason stays on the appointment.

The programme, sold in one go

A six-session programme is sold as a pack, paid once. The follow-up session is eligible, the discovery session is not. You can also offer a pack from a person's record.

Notes, consents, erasure

Each record keeps the history and your private notes, visible to you alone. Consents are recorded channel by channel, and a record is erased on request. sutempo suits coaching and consulting, not therapeutic follow-up.

What people in the trade ask us.

Can I confirm only discovery sessions?+

Not separately today: manual confirmation applies to all online booking. Follow-up sessions can be booked from your diary.

What happens if I do not confirm a request?+

It expires and the slot is free again. The person is told by email.

Can I see clients in an office and by video?+

Yes, with two separate services, each with its length, price and instructions. A second location with its own hours needs Pro.

Do people see my notes?+

No. Record notes are private. They are erased with the record if the person asks.

Can I give someone a programme?+

Yes, in Pro: a pack can be offered from the person's record.

Is it free for a coach working alone?+

Yes. Solo covers one schedule and one location, with manual confirmation, deadlines, cancellation reason, notes and deposit.
